Project Estimator/Justification Spread Sheet in Excel®

Project Cost Estimator/Justification is a downloadable Excel® spreadsheet designed to create a cost per record/image of specific backfile or current projects. With this cost information, justification parameters can be implemented for payback and ROI on the system.

It features user defined areas such as shift cost, time functions for various procedures including indexing and scanning, and determines a per record/image cost based on daily, monthly or yearly activity. It also estimates the number of production and management personnel for each project, the size of the compressed image database and total cost of various production activities.
